		<description>I &quot;soft touched&quot; this photo in Photoshop to give it a sort of dreamy feel. I simply duplicate the original image, apply a Gaussian blur, and then change the blurred image&#039;s opacity to somewhere between 20 and 40 percent. It&#039;s a nice effect!</description>
