Two Young to Die

When I came across this gravestone, I was extremely taken aback and found myself pausing for a couple minutes simply to reflect on the frailty of life. My guess is you’ll do the same.

Just wondering if the title should be “Too Young to Die” or if there was some wordplay I missed.

Sorry Adam, but you’ve done much better. This photo is just a snapshot of something that was already there — I’m not sure why someone would think this a “beautiful” image. It’s just a headstone, and it’s sad.

I hesitate to be the hated critic, but hey, you never learn from people saying “great shot.”

Thanks, all. Jason, “Two” is a reference to the number of years that this young boy lived. A play on words, if you will.

And beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The image has a different meaning to me than it does to Andy obviously. Technically it’s not great, but conveys something else on another level.
