Pool Chair

Apple, thou art so convincing. I always thought that flash-based MP3 players were so lame, but the marketing of the new iPod shuffle was more than enough to prove to me that it’s actually a very handy product. The useful accessories, direct-to-computer connection, and file storage capabilities all persuaded me to order my own. Here’s to being the first kid at UofM toting one!

Ominous

I would like to thank Bingo for posting Sean of Wayward Puppy’s email, because if he hadn’t, I never would have had the pleasure of reading it.

“Mail” filtered it as junk.

Where the Creek Bends

The funny thing about the copycat at Wayward Puppy is that I think he emailed me a while back saying something like, “Great site! I’m going to use it as inspiration!” I responded, and then forgot about the whole thing. He was inspired alright, all the way down to his archives header and welcome text on the homepage.

Silhouette at Dusk

I’m having issues: I still love the design of this site as it appears in Firefox on my Dell, but I’m really sick of it staring back at me from my PowerBook. On this laptop, the colors are far duller, the font is wrong, and so on. What to do…? Why do my Apple’s colors have to be so blah? Are all Apple displays like this, or just on iBooks and PowerBooks? Someone lift my spirits.

Spicy Sushi Roll

Why the picture? Well… only for the very profound reason that it was my first meal of 2005! I hope that everyone brought in the new year with as much exuberance as I did.

And now… many of you have wondered whether or not this moment would ever come. Well, here, it is… the 2005 Color Forecast. Enjoy!
