Thank You for your thoughtful comment on my blog regarding WALL E.

Some Bad News. WALL E has been delayed untill September in New Zealand. Which means I can't do a follow up post to my original question 'Will WALL E rescue sci fi?' Or reply to your comment.

I'm counting down the days. But have The Dark Knight to bridge the gap.

There's no doubt that Pixar still has well rooted work ethics and passion for their end products as much as Apple does. Even films such as Cars, which I initially had no interest in seeing, caught my attention just because it as from Pixars. They always do great work. I already bought my Wall-E action figure so no doubt that I"ll be seeing the film this weekend.

Hope he likes it. I read that it's low on dialogue and instead uses sounds and actions to tell the story, which I imagine would appeal to a young child. Have fun!

I'm looking forward to taking my son to see it this weekend. We love Cars and all the Pixar films, and it'll be the first movie I take my son to see in the theater (he's only 2 1/2).

Try your hardest to get there! Movies are best on opening weekend when the theater is packed.
