#1 | Check out Zeldman.com. He is in the midst of redesiging it, and it looks quite nice. There’s a big header that currently has some strange lady’s face, but I wouldn’t surprised if that image changed monthly, weekly, or perhaps even daily. There is a new top navigation bar that uses the “fast rollovers, no preload needed method.” It’s probably my favorite part of the new design. Other than that, not much has changed. He is still using what looks to be Lucida Sans for the copy, and the sidebar has switched from the left to the right. Expect to see lots of changes as he continues to refine the design. Good work, Jeffrey!

#2 | I don’t quite remember where or how I stumbled across 28MM, an online photography magazine, but it’s one of my most favorite finds yet. How I existed without it until now I’ll never know. The site showcases “traditional, digital, and lo-tech photography by amateur, hobbyist, and professional photographers.” Just a few photographs into the site and I was absolutely hooked. Open since June of 2002, the quality and variety of photos is simply incredible (not to mention the sleek site design, as well).

My new goal? To one day have a series of my photographs posted to the online publication. I’ll keep my fingers crossed and my shutter open.

#3 | See “Choose an Accent” at the top of the sidebar and choose your accent now!
